NORPEL’s USDC, FDA, and APHIS approved facilities enables NORPEL to process and freeze with a substantially reduced carbon footprint.

NORPEL’s multi-protein prep kitchen—a 70,000 SF protein processing plant located in Hazleton’s Humboldt Industrial Park with a 25,000 SF cold storage facility on site. Close proximity to raw materials and the port of Philadelphia allows NORPEL to better connect brands, manufacturers, and consumers to different pet proteins with the reliability and sustainability NORPEL’s partners have come to expect.
