A brand new state-of-the-art processing facility capable of grading and holding 700 MT (Metric Tons) of fresh caught fish per day, freezing in excess of 2,400 MT per week in our forty (40) new vertical plate freezers and cold storage facilities with a capacity of over 10,000 MT.
A dedicated fleet of mid-water trawlers that are capable of harvesting over 2,400 MT of fresh fish per week to assure the plant of a constant supply of fish.
