The new Mackerel season is due to start sometime in December
and we will be processing from that point until the end of April 2004.

The expected product grades for the new season are:

200-400g, 300-500g, 400-600g and 600g+

Areas of catch are:
1. New England/Mid-Atlantic States

Fat Content: Abt. 20% (decreasing to about 10% at end of season)

Packing: 1 x 22 kg. Master Carton with polybag, two (2) straps
Quality: Food Grade
Other: Special pack sizes of 10kg and/or 15kg available on limited basis.
