We utilize vertical plate freezers to freeze all of our product.
the modern and efficient design of this method allows for much faster
freeze times (about 4 hours) compared to blast freezing (18-24 hours or
longer) and results in a much fresher product when defrosted for final
use.
How do know what products you have available from time to time?
Our best suggestion is to add your name to our Newsletter Lists.
We send Newsletters to subscribers to alert them on product availability
and other important news.
What is the species name of your products?
Our Atlantic Mackerel is of the Scomber scombrus species. Our
Atlantic Herring is of the Clupea harengus species.
What part of the year do you have Mackerel available?
Our Atlantic Mackerel season is from November to April of each year.
